For those who have yet to turn in their screenplays and those who would like extra credit:
Create a Music Video. This finished assignment can be used in place of the screenplay grade.
The theme can deal with the challenges, positive or negative, of CV19, or any other theme you decide. The music must be appropriate. Clear it with me before you shoot.
Step 1: Plan. Write a music video script using the sample_template_script below. There is an example that shows how the visuals go with the lyrics. Do this for one chorus and one verse of the song you have chosen.
Step 2: Shoot the video using your phone or any other video camera you have access to.
Step 3: Edit the music video using any editing software you have access to. Here is a link that will help you decide which program to use. Edit will include your shots, the song (at least one verse and one chorus), fades and transitions for audio and video, a title and credits.
Step 4: Export the project as a video (.mov or .mp4) following the instructions of the software you are using.
Step 4: Upload the finished video to google drive and share with me at [email protected]
